Purchased this for my 13 year old son who loves to fish. He didn’t want to carry around a tackle box so we opted for this. This is awesome. Lightweight and easy on the back and shoulders. Waterproof and so many compartments. HE LOVES IT!! Highly recommend! The main bag compartments are Velcro to separate the areas. may not hold up. The trays are a pain in the butt to install dividers. grooves VERY shallow and hard to see. Finally had to glue them in to get them to stay. Typical Chinese manufacture.I feel like this will b a great bag once I find boxes that fit I know I chose the larger size option when I added it to my cart but for whatever reason i ended up with the smaller size other than it being small it feels like it’s well built and the padding for your back is a huge plusThis is probably one of the best purchases I have made for my fishing gear. It fits all my fishing equipment and has room for spare. Very comfortable I can keep it on my shoulders for hours.I’ve owned and used this backpack for about 2 months now. I have it packed with freshwater fishing gear. The four included boxes are alright, but the closure tabs are a bit shotty. I’ll probably replace them at some point, but they’re working well for now. The zippers can be finicky, but if you don’t yank on them, they work great. The pockets on the sides are deep and currently carry a knife, clippers, 2 spools of line, 2 spinner baits, 2 buzz baits, a scale and a pack of sinkers. It’s comfortable to wear, which I’ve done for as long as 5 strait hours without issues. It’s sturdy and doesn’t collapse under its own weight. All around, I’d highly recommend this backpack in this price range. There are better ones, but they cost considerably more. For reference, I target mostly largemouth and fish 3-5 times a week from the banks of ponds, creeks, lakes and rivers.I finally got around to switching from my over the shoulder bag to this one. I haven't taken it fishing yet, but I did try it on with everything loaded into it and it was comfortable enough to make getting my stuff from my car to the boat easy and painless. It seems to be put together pretty well and doesn't seem like it's going to blow apart anywhere.I will make sure I keep the zippers coated with silicone spray or something since zipper failure was what killed my old bag. This one is a little small for my saltwater tackle, but I do have another bag to use for my bigger lures and longer items that won't fit into this.It handled my metal jigs and bucktails,as well as my smaller items easily enough. But the rigs and larger lures and smelled hooks, fillet knife and sinkers ranging from 4-10 oz were a challenge. There really doesn't seem to be any one solution to getting all my tackle to and from wherever I'm fishing.Anything that holds all my stuff would be bulky and heavy. This will be a great compromise. It holds most of the stuff I'll need and fits comfortably on my shoulders, leaving my hands free to carry everything else.Yeah. I'm one of those guys!Really well made tackle bag. Plenty of room to store all your tackle. Enough pockets to fit all your other things such as scale, stringers, and pliers. Definitely recommend.Looking for a good alternative to a beta box I decided to use a general hiking rucksack but it was not good enough for reasons I will go into shortly. Looking for a dedicated alternative I came across the SeaKnight SK004 25L in which is identical to other more expensive alternatives out there. When the SeaKnight SK004 25L arrived I was surprised how heavy the package was assuming that some extra packing was added, but it wasn't. My current 34l rucksack with wire reinforcement weighs 1lb 8oz, the SeaKnight SK004 25L comes in at 3lb 10oz. This would be an indication that it is made of rugged fabrics that can withstand the elements of shore fishing. The 25l is the perfect size for all my gear I will need on a beach fishing session. One of the gripes I had with my conventional rucksack is it was one big deep bag, like a bottomless pit in which everything just laid on top of each other. This makes it hard to find things on the beach and this is how stuff gets lost too. The SeaKnight SK004 25L sees to this issue with two separate compartments, upper and lower with the ability to push the floor through between them to make it one large packing area. The velcro that holds the top compartment floor in place is very strong.I was able to fit 2 multiplier reels and a GoPro in the top compartment without them laying on top of each other. There was still plenty of room regarding its depth but I plan to keep things accessible at all times. This means when I take the reel out and mount them on the rods I can fold my rod hodal up and put this into the top compartment.I could fit 3 5oz leads with grippers out each side of the lower side pockets, again without having things ontop of each other. I could fit 2 mini rig winders in each side of the top side pockets so as to get easy access without stacking them in tight. The netting on these pockets are rubber-like mesh and is tight so I fitted an additional rig in these pockets.I put my long nose pliers, bait elastic, penknife in the front top pocket that folds out like a shelf. This would be handy to place bait on as I intend to hang this bag from the rod stand hook. At the bottom, compartment is where I keep my large rag, bait box, food, and drink. It would be nice if they had reinforced the bottom to be more sturdy but that would add more weight to the bag. The bottom compartment has an additional pocket on the lid, this was nice to see, I could fit a large spool of shock leader in this with some other bits. All in all I got it all in the bag.The back has nice padding with decent straps, and has the chest clip is a must for any rucksack. I like how this rucksack is wider than having too much depth as it sits closer to your body casing less top weight pull on the back.I have yet to take it out, but will return with another review after 1 year of use. This was to replace my old rucksack that I have used for many years, it will take a few outings to get used to where I have put my fishing bits and pieces but then that is part of the fun. Many thanks for a nice new rucksack.Brian Pwaterproof and plstic zips so no corrosionI use it as a work bag fits everything I need in itGood
