The plastic is very light weight. It came warped, I was able to get it together with a couple of cracks. The quality is no where near rubbermaid. I bought it because it can handle 330lbs as a bench, I think it would crack and buckle, dangerous. It might hold 330lbs of something flat, but not a persons hind end. Just plain cheap plastic and because of that, over priced.Stores our patio cushions but really have to squish them in. Easy in concept to assemble, but some of the holes and stuff were a little off, so some spots we really had to wrench. Also bulges out due to the amount of cushions in side. We had to put something in the lock hole to keep them lined up.Is sturdy enough for me (170 lbs) to sit on but not my husband (215)The GDY 120 Gallon Patio Storage Deck Box, Outdoor Storage Plastic Bench Box was delivered on time and was very easy to put together and looks great on my deck. I would recommend this product with a 5 star rating. LOVE IT!This bench box arrived more than a month after it was promised, which was four months after I ordered it. The company in China was good about communicating during the last month.Once here, the assembly was successful, although we had to change the order of how we put it together, as the way the directions put them, it was impossible for us. While it is weather-proof, the design will allow water to collect in the bottom. We have it under the eaves of our house, so hopefully this will work out. We will put chair cushions in it, and would not want them to get wet.The quality of the materials is low. The resin material is thin. We do not plan to sit on it. If you need to be able to move it, the light weight would be a plus.I would not buy it again, but after such a long wait, we are going to keep it. Does not seem worth the price.The size is great, directions were backwards, product is not that study but it will serve its purpose so I am not totally disappointed.This box is big and holds lots of stuff but it is not completely waterproof as top sits on the upper lip rather than over it and there is a hole for using a lock that will allow water inside. I put duck tape over hole to help, but it still leaks some. I use for childrens plastic toys so this is not a big problem for me. Also not designed for adults to sit on it.It states it’s a bench as well ... not true .. it would buckle with any weight at all. It is very large and I love the black color as it matches my deck furniture. Hubby put together pretty easy as I read through others comments on what to do first to make it easier to put together. I may buy another for my back deck as well.This storage deck box was perfect for my patio furniture. All cushions fit. It's very sturdy as a seat, too. Although I dont need the place for the lock, I thought it was nice that it was there. Would highly recommend it.
